Ordinance 2-77 requires all owners of rental property to notify the Township of the names and addresses of all tenants and persons occupying rental property and reporting changes in occupancy AS THEY OCCUR.

ONLY Names and Addresses are needed, and they can simply be emailed to the township.

Failure to comply is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $100, together with the costs of prosecution before a District Magistrate.
