• WHAT PROJECTS REQUIRE A BUILDING PERMIT? - The best way to be sure when a permit may be required is to check the townships fee schedule which address most issues or please feel free to call the township office if in doubt.



• WHO NEEDS BUILDING CODES? - We all do, whether in our homes, offices, school, stores, factories, or places of entertainment. We rely on the safety of structures that surround us in our everyday living. The public need for protection from disaster due to fire, structural collapse and general deterioration underscores the need for more modern codes and their administration.



• WHAT BUILDING CODES ARE USED AT CROSS CREEK? - PA Uniform Construction Codes or ICC.



• BURNING RESTRICTIONS? - There is to be no burning on Sundays or Mondays and NOT after 7 PM.
